Orders made after 9am or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Order made on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

We provide FREE EXPRESS shipping on all orders within MALAYSIA, including Sabah & Sarawak. Shipping to other countries are listed below:

Exchange & Return

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases at ZARAKS. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for exchange (but no refund), provided it:

Is in new and saleable condition

Hasn't been washed, worn or altered (with the original tags attached)

Is returned within 7 calendar days (from the postmark date)

Notes for Exchange:

You can only exchange for items of same or higher price than the returned items (no refund for price difference if exchange items price is lower than the returned items).
